methinks too much dairy my friend, esp that low fat crap

eliminate dairy, wheat, tropical fruits and sugar <<<<totally>>>> for

4 weeks

and report back - no more mango lassis - sorry

its probably an issue of immunological cross tolerance and a chronic

fungal rhinosinusitis

herbwise, eq parts echinacea, goldenseal, bayberry, mullein and

ginger may be helpful

and liberal amounts of pau darco tea

Namaste Vaidyas and Pandits.

I request to enlighten me on the following:

1. Basically how a churna, vati and leham (rasayana) differs in medication. e.g., suppose somebody is prescribed with Thaleesapatradi leham and instead they start with Thaleesapatradi churna/vati/rasa how it matters on the methodology of the treatment is concerned.

2. Is there any sources where one can access for detailed information on medicines preparations as per Ayurvedic classicals like "Astanga Hrudayam" etc..

3. How one layman can understand which type of laxatives would help among many. Like Castroil based, Senna based etc.

These are just my curiocity questions and not intended for any prescriptions.

Thanks and regards,

Mohan Hegde.
