Guest guest
Whatever little knowledge I have, after treating many patients of OA (osteoarthritis), it requires hardly any medicines or supplements. What is needed is to exercises the knees instinctively as a matter of habit just as dog goes on moving its tail or the birds go on twitching. The last exercise under ATBSNR technique as described at www.atbsnr.com is such that it can be done instinctively while comfortably sitting in a chair or while sitting in fron of the TV. Whenever one felt like making those simple movements effortlessly, they give adequate exercise to the knees better than when one gets up and starts walking because while sitting the weight of the body is not on the legs straining the knees. This exercise is bound to benefit to one and all as per our experience with hundreds of OA patients. Of course, wholesome and well-balanced food is very necessary. If one eats good food, then no supplements are needed. That is what I feel. I am subject to correction. The correct kind and correct amount of food becomes a welcome supplement. Of course, Vaidyas and docs must guide the patients because had they known it earlier, OA would not have dared to attack them. S. M.
