I took it to mean that Amma feels that there are some people who take advantage of this relationship who really are not qualified to be gurus. She said some people imitate gurus and give all gurus a bad name. She also said that a true guru must live totally for their disciples She said words to this effect three times (very subtely, Amma's style, you would almost need to be a devotee to catch it) in the movie! I have definitely noticed "guru burn out" in the US, after many high profile guru flame outs in the 60's through to today. It seems that the divine mother gurus have a much better track record in the West than their male counterparts. Amma sets the bar pretty high for gurudom! it needs to be...
