They are Message Number 78857, 78868, 78871 and 78873. Moderators may delete them. I have since ran various anti-virus and anti-worm software but they didn't detect any virus or worm in my computer. To be on the safe side, I have also deleted all my cookies and temporary internet files including stored offline content and rebooted my computer. For the past couple of days, there seems to be an increase in such mass mails not only in this but in other Jyotish as well. If you encounter the same problem and have found a solution to it, please kindly inform me via private email. I have also since did some research about this particular mass-mailing worm and the following is what I found which may be useful to other affected members : http://www.f-secure.com/v-descs/nyxem_e.shtml http://www3.ca.com/securityadvisor/virusinfo/virus.aspx?id=50198 Astrologically speaking, my speculation of the increase in virus/worm activity is that it may be due to affliction of Mercury by Rahu and Saturn without any beneficial Jupiter planetary aspect. Mercury is approaching exact conjunction with Saturn now and aspected by Rahu in Pisces. Even after passing Saturn and transiting in Leo, Mercury will still be sandwiched between natural malefics Saturn, Mars, Sun and Ketu. Moreover, in Leo, Mercury does not receive any planetary aspects from natural benefics Jupiter and Venus. Mercury is also 3rd and 6th house in the natural zodiac.
