Since I have completed my engineering and MBA, I have struggled to get into a gud job. Right now I am working with a big company but my compensation is 50% less than market rates and I am not happy with the work and growth prospects as well. I have an experience of abt yrs but still working only on 2.5lakhs p.a. My parents are worried abt my marriage but I cant marry till I am settled in my career and earn atleast 4lakhs p.a which normally even fresh MBAs earn.
