Dear Siva Dayaalan ji,

 

I am curious about something! Vivekananda, I have been told, shunned

astrology, and all other forms of divinations. How did your Guruji

reconcile with the paradox: Following Swamiji and practising

divination? Did you ever ask him about that?? Did he ever share

anything about that context???

 

Readers please note that other modern saints, such as Yukteshwarji

have openly recommended astrology and astrological remedies for even

their accomplished students (like Paramahansa Yogananda).

 

I am also intrigued by the fact that many saints using pure yogic

powers ask mundane information. Why do they need that -- particularly

since they are tapping into the akashic records or similar timeless

databases.

 

Treat these as innocent questions and not attempts to get anyone

defensive.
