Guest guest
Dear Friends, a) Astrologers are not doing their jobs properly because of commercialisation. Money is the sole criteria. This is a fact well known and been there for ages. Not a thing not known to anyone. Most of us have suffered from these unscruplous astrologers. b) But all astrologers are not like that. This group should be spared. c) Desire to earn money., as well as serving., free. Credit should be given for the free service part, and the desire to earn would be natural , unless some big man takes care of the next 12 months household expenses, the desire would alwyas be there. The holes in our tattered clothes which show the bare body behind, or the holes in the shoes, is already known by people in this profession., No good will accrue in pointing that. It will on the contrary make the person sad,to whom this is done. All professions have their black cousins. Cant help. We require new revolutionary steps, to take care of the good astrologers in this trade who are more humane, maybe having natural human wants and desires as long as it does not come in ethical deliverance of services to the end people who come for it. I have some ideas, but will put later on, some day, which will take care of the financial part of the astrologers doing free service, so that they can continue doing their pious job without any botherations of day to day issues. The above revolutionary steps would be more welcome, rather then any untowards comment on astrologers, maybe once in a while, but to a certain section but of course not branding all in the same category. No offence should be taken by anyone, all are my lovely friends in this trade, and if friends dont point out then who will ? I would rather stop doing astrology than loose a good friend. No compromise on principles there. So no one should take otherwise. Its just that come up with good mangoes to eat, give us a party, we already know about the rotten ones. regards, Bhaskar. Guest guest
Dear Bhaskar ji Your good intent is like that of a farmer in the story ** quote There was a farmer who grew superior quality and award-winning corn. Each year he entered his corn in the state fair where it won honour and prizes. One year a newspaper reporter interviewed him and learnt something interesting about how he grew it. The reporter discovered that the farmer shared his seed corn with his neighbours. "How can you afford to share your best seed corn with your neighbours when they are entering corn in competition with yours each year?" the reporter asked. "Why sir," said the farmer, "didn't you know? The wind picks up pollen from the ripening corn and swirls it from field to field. If my neighbours grow inferior, sub-standard and poor quality corn, cross-pollination will steadily degrade the quality of my corn. If I am to grow good corn, I must help my neighbours grow good corn." The farmer gave a superb insight into the connectedness of life. His corn cannot improve unless his neighbour's corn also improves. So it is in other dimensions! Those who choose to be at harmony must help their neighbours and colleagues to be at peace, those who choose to live well must help others to live well, for the value of a life is measured by the lives it touches. And those who choose to be happy must help others to find happiness for the welfare of each is bound up with the welfare of all. If we are to grow good quality corn, we must help our neighbours grow good quality corn too....Make it a great week ahead!! ** end quote regards / Prafulla Gang To love. To be loved. Guest guest
Shri Prafullaji, A very good story with a deep moral for all to understand and imbibe. One Of Shri Sanjay Rathjis lecture too says this same thing. If Your neighbours are happy then You too will be. If they are sad or in some great trouble then You cannot afford to be happy. Here the context of neighbour can be changed to all people we come in contact with. Shri Asaramji Bapu or I think Morari Bapu too have said, that if You want good food, then distribute food to poor, if good clothes then distribute clothes to needy, and if happiness then give happiness to all You meet (Now via personal,verbal-phone,email whatever means) If we bloom like a rose then will the existence be really said to be fruitful and The Creator happy. regards, Bhaskar. , Prafulla Gang <jyotish wrote: > > Dear Bhaskar ji > > Your good intent is like that of a farmer in the story > > ** quote > > There was a farmer who grew superior quality and award-winning corn. Guest guest
Dear Shri Kumar ji Yes, but nations must be destined for those type of environment, peace, government, neighbours and prosperity. Yes, forums must be used to share knowledge and experiences. Yes, few are more learned compared to many. So jyotish students can perhaps learn from those. As, I mentioned about Sanjay ji / VKC ji / KN Rao ji etc..they share knowledge; they demonstrate the use of principles with modern interpretations; and above all - by explaining the rationale of the prediction - they are open for discussions and to be corrected, if required. regards / Prafulla Gang To love. To be loved. To never forget your own insignificance. To never get used to the unspeakable violence and the vulgar disparity of life around you. To seek joy in the saddest places. To pursue beauty to its lair. To never simplify what is complicated or complicate what is simple. To respect strength, never power. Above all, to watch. To try and understand. To never look away. And never, never, to forget. > > gbp_kumar > Thu, 17 Aug 2006 03:07:15 -0700 (PDT) > > Re: BIRTH TIME DIFFERENCE > > Dear Prafulla, > a very good story rather analgy this is like what Vajpayee used to say > to Mus we can't change geography, neighbours by force, but if prosperity > is sown one side it msut also be there on the otherside by good crops > too. > here abt the forum the mor epeople shre the better fro all and there is > no trade mark or trade secrect what so ever it almighty's gift to all > and msu tbe free for all to share who respect its sanctity that is the > only catch. > > Prafulla Gang <jyotish (AT) inbox (DOT) com> wrote: > Dear Bhaskar ji > > Your good intent is like that of a farmer in the story > > ** quote > > There was a farmer who grew superior quality and award-winning corn. > Each year he entered > his corn in the state fair where it won honour and prizes. > One year a newspaper reporter interviewed him and learnt something > interesting about how > he grew it. There is enough food and money and resources in this world to quench all hunger and thirst and wars. What is missing are the conduits and pipelines to distribute the abundance!!
