I replied to it, that there is a school of thought that says for sade-sate u wear Neelam helps, I asked Rajiv 1st prayer- to Sani, Shia, neelam is also fine

Prayers to Aditya Hridyam ais also good + ANy prayer to Hanuman Manajvam Maruulay vegam... which the last 2 prayers reminds one of their internal strenght, which sufers in sade saat.

I hope I have cleared ur doubts.... will asnwer no problem after all we have to sahre our knowledge, experience the one I said for Neelam has found a school of thought and has worked that is when u can't pray quite often Sade saat will casue hurdles in everything from concentration to will power so this can remind him to pray at least
