Significator of marriage though exalted is conjoined Rahu, and in Kumbha Navamsa. Lord of UL is not significantly well placed. This does not bode well for marriage. Retrograde Mars is in Lagna in Rasi and Navamsa, giving a sharp and fiery personality that may not be very easy to get along with. However being in trines to Venus will make for a very passionate person. AL and A7 are also in quandrants, so I would guess the person is very active in relationships. 7th lord in 5th should give romantic liasons. 9th lord Moon is in the 8th house afflicted by Saturn and Mars.
