Looking at the chart of the second prospective spouse, there is a ghata tithi dosha, because your brother was born on pournimasya. Thus, this match is not a good one. Further, each persons Lagna is in a dusthana from the other persons UL - so it is very unlikely that a relationship will happen. There is no ghataka dosha for the first prospect, and their ULs are well placed from each others' Lagnas. Interestingly, the groom has AL in the 12th from AL, and the prospective bride has UL in the 12th from AL! The prospect's chart indicates that her partner will have a strong influence of Moon/Mercury (both planets are in UL as well as 7th in Navamsa) and Venus. The groom has Mercury lagnesha joined Venus in Cancer - but there are three other planets in Lagna, so I am not sure what to make of that. Meanwhile, the groom has Virgo UL, aspected by all except the three most benefic planets. The prospective spouse has the nodes, the Sun and Mars influencing lagna. Given this, the likelihood of marriage between these two is in my opinion quite high. Both persons have Sun as AK, and placed in Lagna - so ego issues would certainly be there in this relationship. Both also have the Sun in Gemini Navamsa, thus the Moon indicates the Ishta Devata for both! As regards career, I think Saturn is an important planet - it is in Rasi, Navamsa and Dasamsa lagna, and is 7th lord in Dasamsa (6th lord Jupiter is ill placed in the 8th), and is in the 11th from AL. So business in Saturn-like careers (things involving manual work and labour, blue-collar work, heavy items, possible export of the same (Ketu)) is very good. Mars in 10th has dig-bal and gives dynamism in work, and Saturn in Navamsa lagna makes him hard working and adaptable. May I ask what this person has studied? Firstly, your brother has a Sarpa yoga in his chart, and three malefics in Lagna, which will give quite an aggressive and unpredictable personality. Jupiter is debilitated in the 8th causing Asura yoga, which also doesn't bode well. So in this regard his ex was bound to have experienced some discomfiture. The A3, As3 and A9, As9 are well placed from the Sun, so there is no problem there regarding conception. The problem that I think is there regarding children is that the chara and naisargika putrakaraka Jupiter is ill placed in the 8th from Lagna and the AK. As regards the remedy for this, I hope Vistiji or other group members will help out. Looking at the ex-wife's chart, we see that she was born on Sukla Astami (Jaya tithi). This tithi is the ghata tithi for Sagittarius Rasi, which is what your brother has. Meanwhile your brother's Lagna is ghata to her. So this match was indeed a bad one, and both would have seen a lot of emotional suffering from this. Since the birth time for Udhaya is unchanged, my analysis is the same. There is a ghataka conflict here and this match is not a good one. Now with regard to Geeth Gayatri, there is still not ghataka problem (so that's good). As to whether or not they will marry, I'm not sure. I am somewhat confused about which UL your brother is on.
