He told that pap kartari yog is not limited to Chandra ie two evil planets on both sides of Chandra. He said that even if a house comes between two evil planets, that house comes under this evil yog and the native will not feel the good effects of even Raj yogas present in his horoscope. In the horoscope which he showed, 10 house was empty, 9th house had sun and mars aad 11th house had ketu. With this he said that native shall suffer evils of kartari yoga on 10th house. Moon in Scorpio, if one side in Libra, Sun is there and on other side in Saggitarius Mars + Rahu are there I would consider the hgouse Scorpio to come under the bad effects of this Yoga. Its like this, if I am living in a flat where my neighbours on both sides are from Mafia,or criminals, then I would not feel comfortable. This allegory just to stress the uncomfortable part. We have to use the interpretation of the chart keeping individual Ascendant in mind and the planets relationship (Panch maitry ) also will come in delienation. Context may not be provided at hand because I said that "I would consider" and not the definition of the Yoga. It is just like how the astrologers check the effects of Kalasarpa Dosha, without going into contextual references., but as per planetary configuration.,but You may find reference in Jaimini. Because Prashant Sahab was made to reply about these Yogas again and again, I was preturbed about his again n again clarifying business forced from the part of querents. You dont like Your seniors to be troubled, and thats what i was feeling. Anyway since I have got the opprtunity,these Yogas by itself cannot make or deter a persons fate. There are so many other factors to be seen in totality without going just in one factor deeply. Because the other factors may also add or spoil the Yogas. Just like an island on the Life line in a hand has to be checked with associating bad marks on the head line or heart line ,to conclude and give a decesion to the native concerned. Period. I have a fundamental question to the posters of this thread - is paap kartari / shubh kartari yoga related with krur / somya or with shubha / paap graha. Saturn is krur graha, and sukra is somya graha; but they need not be shubha / paap graha. This needs to be determined by the lagna.
