Guest guest
Dear Gaurav Thank you for posting this quiz, which caught my attention as the chart is at first glance highly complex to interpret. As a person that pursues jyotish in his spare time purely as hobby, such charts provide a perfect opportunity to sharpen interpretation skills when multiple indications exist in the chart. It is evident that Sun dasha should have bought about a significant change as it is the Atmakaraka, placed in the Arudha Lagna and lord of both the lagnesh (Mercury) and Moon. Therefore it has a strong significance in this chart. Furthermore it is involved in a strong parivartana with the Moon, involving a further three planets. So Surya dasha acts as a trigger in activating key factors. Despite the presence of strong indications of losses/illness due to the 12th house focus, and your hint that it began in March-April and ended in August (suggesting an illness) I get the impression of some kind of major financial gain or an award/recognition, possibly due to a job promotion/ academic achievement or an overseas assignment. The rationale for this conclusion: 1. Several dhan yogas in the 12th house, which are activated by the Sun (e.g L1+L2,L11,L9) 2. The exchange with the 11th house, again implying gains 3. Sun in the nakshatra of mercury who is the 1-10th lord and involved in these dhan yogas as well as connected to career 4. Debilitation of 3/8L Mars, a double malefic for Virgo lagna, joining L12 Sun gives rise to powerful Vipreet Raj Yoga, again activated by Sun 5. Exalted L5 (Saturn) from the 2nd house of wealth aspects Sun 6. Jupiter as L4/L7 aspects Sun, as well as being a benefic connects the Sun to happiness, comforts, foreign travel, and education 7. Sun is 2nd lord from AL forming several dhan yogas from this reference point 8. Sun exalted in 2nd house of D-4(chart of comforts) as is L11 Saturn. 9. Sun exalted in 9th house as L1 in D-16 (chart of luxuries etc) 10. Strong 4/5 house influence throughout so link matters such as intelligence, education or children. This is just a brief summary of my synthesis, which I acknowledge may be wholly flawed. However, I've avoided jumping to the obvious conclusions of losses/illnesses as this chart warrants an analysis in the unorthodox mode. In any light this exercise will be a precious learning experience. Please do provide feedback when ready. Thanking you, Maniv
