On criticising marriage match making- and Astakavarga system

Dear friends,

 

I just came across some passing reference to the two

systms of marriage match making (12 kuta system- guna

matching) and Astakavarga system.

 

I have tried Astakavarga - it works wonderfully

even to say that more accurately than the

KP and other system.

 

How i use it:-

 

(1) take every planet as lagna in its own astakavarga

and take bhava kundali separately for each planet

 

(2) Astakavarga is another name for planetary

coopeartion- as simple but logical device to measure

it

quantitatively

 

(3)When you say Jupiter do not get a point or bindu

in 10th from natal moon- what does it means ?

 

In the matter of 10th house i.e profession

at the level of emotion(Moon)

the transit Jupiter is not cooperating

 

= thereby creating tension in professional life.

 

The above analysis also holds good for result of

Moon-Jupiter period if Jupiter is in 10th from Natal

Moon and nota Yoga Karaka

 

negative result in professional life !

strangely betraying the

 

positive results of one of the great Pancha

Mahapurusha Yonag- Gajakesari Yoga.-

As far as kuta system of match making is concerned

the Garga System( now a days in use in Assam, West

Bengal and Orissa and part of UP only) of Dass Kuta

 

(1)Tara

(2)Chandra

(3)Varna

(4) Bala

(5) Mandala

(6)Bhavanadhipa

(7)Jati

(8) Nadi

(9) Swara and

(10) Varga

 

all of them not just only work finely but most

accurately.

 

Why just gloss over the '12 kuta matching/ 36 Guna

matching'- which is just a copy and paste and

synthesisation of the only 6 factors out the 10

mentioned above. Even the Chandra or the Bhakuta or

Rasi matching are not complete and accurately dealt

there - in those books some of us think to be reliable

books e.g. Jataka Chandrika on match making!!!
