RE: Rememering Dr. B V RAMAN Aug 8th his b'day

Dear Members

 

Shri BV Raman had contributed to jyotish immensely, through his books and AM. Each jyotish student has, at some stage of his learning, has used his books for learning and references. Amongst the jyotish books, his books has always been very popular. Very often, these were like first few books, through which one started his jyotish journey.

Yes sir. He had that determination and vigour to meet the odds and work strictly in line with the ethical standards he set for himself.

 

Unfortunately, this profession has fallen into unorganized sector; and is not adequately backed by educational institutions for government's "secular" model.
