Based on KP system, 7th cusp s/l Sa, signifies, 2, 7 and 11. (Traditional system of 4th house, with Ma - might give results of delay. Learned members, please comment.). Also it is the mind of the girl, Sa is s/l of Asc, which might refuse marraige.
