Guest guest
Hi, My wife has arthritis. Blood tests show very high rheumatoid factor. Swelling and pains in Joints. When consulted with a Vaidyan, he diagnosed it as ama-vatham and suggested to take gulgulu vadakom and chiruvilyadi kashayam. What is gulgulu vadakom, I checked different web sites and found only gulgulu. Anybody knows what is it meant by vadakom? Any suggestions for reliable sources for this medicines, either any places in Kerala or website. Some people advised that there are many places who add steroids with some ayurveda mediceines. Solooking for places which I can trust. Any places in Kerala would be good, so I can get it through somebody. Any other suggestions? Cheers, Jm
Guest guest
Dear Sir, I am also a patient having Disc Prolapse, which is also due to the arthritis. Was not able to walk even and suffered a lot. The doctors advised me to do operation, instead i done ayurvedic treatment. Now seems 95% OK. The guggulu is the best medicine for all sort of Vatha. It is available in the form of tabs named as "Yogaraja Guguulu Vathika". From all the shops of Nagarjuna Ayurveda it is available. From Kottakkal ayurvedics also. Please dont consider that i am advising. As per my experience, these following medicines are very effective for vatha, especiallay for joint pain, inflammation and so on. Orthofit Bonton Dazzle Balarishtam Punarnnavasavam Bala thailam (internal Usage) Gandha thailam "" For external usage there are certain type of thailams also. All the aforesaid meds do not have any steriodic effects. It is very much preferrable to intke meds with the advise of a Vaidya as the type of the body patient is an important factor to prescribe medicine. Thanks & regards.
