Guest guest
To many in west Ayurveda is seen as unproven, and unscientific medical discipline and they find allopathy more reliable. But is the truth really the other way around? I know there have been lots of 'health facts' set by allopathy that have been later retracted. e.g. they first believed cholesterol is bad, than they said it is good, some say beer is bad for health were some say it is good and now they say tea rehydrates where they first use to believe it dehydrates. Are there any experts here who know the list of 'retractions'/change of rules that has occurred in allopathy? If there are good enough, then it could be proven that allopathy is more unreliable health science than Ayurveda.
