central canal syndrome. How to avoid risky spinal surgeries?

Dear Friends,

During the last 11 years, so many patients have seen

me after ortho surgeons recommended spinal surgery.

None so far needed any surgery and are free from pain.

The moment some one is recommended spinal surgery i.e.

any operation of the back for aches and pains, the

patient runs to us and gets well without surgery.

I just tell the patient to do some spine relaxing

exercises for five to seven minutes that instantly

relieve pain and the patient reports 100 per cent fit

and fine. Then I explain to him/her that if one felt

so well and painless within a few minutes of doing

such simple exercises, one could do them regularly so

that one does not suffer in future.

Since the proof of the pudding is in the eating, the

patients get fully convinced and start doing the

exercises daily once in the morning while getting up

from sleep and any other time if they felt tired or

run out.

I am writing this so that no one goes for surgery that

is highly invasive besides being too costly for the

common man. All need not come to me (if they come,

they are most welcome). Every thing can be learnt from

the website: <www.atbsnr.com>. One can also email me

for more info, if required.

At the request of some prominent members, I have made

a CD that can also be made available to those who need

it badly.

I therefore appeal to all patients and the doctors

too, not go in for risky operations that leave

lifelong scars or residual problems. Let the patients

try ATBSNR first. If all else including ATBSNR fail,

then only one should go for spinal surgery.

A senior consultant and nephrologist of India's famous

five-star hospital, the Apollo in Delhi did not want

spinal surgery for his slipped disc but his surgeon

colleagues had told him that there was no other go but

to operate. The doctor patient decided not get

operated even at any cost. After three months of

excruciating pain and suffering, when he was unable to

walk even to the toilet, his close relations brought

him to me just to take a chance.

Within a few minutes of doing ATBSNR, he could stand

on his own feet and could walk normally unsupported by

others. When he had come to us, his relations had to

hold him on either side even to reach our office. He

was not able to sit on a chair. He was then made to

rest on the bed and was guided to do ATBSNR. To the

amazement of all, including myself, he could walk and

jumped with joy saying that he felt much better.

So, dear friends, don't you think, it is our pious

duty to see that patients do not go for spinal

surgeries. Having seen more than 30,000 patients at

our free backache cure camps or otherwise, I have not

come across a single case of a patient who got 100 per

cent ok after getting operated.

Last but not the least, those who got operated and

were still suffering from pain came to us and got well

again, of course as well as possible because of the

surgery as we cannot replace any part that was removed

or tinkered with during the operation.

An ex-professor of surgery at a famous medical college

had to be operated for his own backache. The operation

failed and he was bed-ridden for 3 years. Then he

learnt ATBSNR and got well, resumed his surgical

practice. He only says, if I get tired, I do ATBSNR

once again and start moving around doing my work. What

more to write. Let God help us all so that none falls

a prey to spine surgeon's scalpel.

Hari Om!!!
