This can be very difficult for some people and doshas. Most important right now is rest and take care of yourself. Jyotish has some medical astrology that may, with the assistance of Ayurved Vaidya be helpful, if you believe. Meditation, development of spirituality, dosha specific diet and counseling is also very helpful from this author's experience.
