Sankhapushpi 5. Jatamangshi You have to also tackle any intestinal problem you may be having. Anxiety and panic is located in the intestines and solar plexus region. For the intestines, 1. Kurchi 2. Triphala 3. Senna 4. Bael 5. Sunthi I also try the following biochemic medicines; 1. Kali Phos 6x 2. Natrum Phos 6x 3. Magnesium Phos 6X The above sooth the nervous system and also tackle acidity and nervous cramps. For your shock you can try 1. Natrum Mur 30C 2. Ignatia 30C For all the above you have to consult a doctor near you. He will be able to guide you. Guest guest
Please also try Yoga and Pranayam especially Kapaal-bhaati and Anulom-Vilom, ten minutes each. I am also not a doctor but I have been immensely benefited never to get anxiety and depression again. In trying there is no harm nor any cost. It does not take much time too. Also take to 5 minute spinal relaxaing exercises as described at <www.atbsnr.com>. They were initially designed for backache but the same are helpful in enjoying perfect health both physical and mental. In case of doubts or difficulties, please let me know for more info. S. M. Guest guest
Thank you William. I have taken a vow not to rest till holistic therapies become the first choice of the population of India and the world. Like the squirrel in the Ramayana I wish to contribute my puny efforts towards building the bridge that leads all back to good health and wellness once again. I know my efforts are miniscule but then tiny drops can form an ocean. Love & Regards, Jagannath. ayurveda, williams joseph <mailmewi wrote: > i am very much appreciate u r work for supporting herbal medicines and educating and the fight against side effects of modern medicine.
