By far, this happens to be the most brilliiant health related writing I have come across on the net. Please accept my sincere thanks for such magnificant job. I have a suggestion. If you could kindly arrange this entire series in a single file and upload it in the files section, it will help new members visiting the group. I have recommonded this series to many friends. When they search the message databse for iron rules of health. the system brings in all the messages including the replies. If we could have only the articles in the files section, it will serve as a collected work on health.
