Guest guest
Health is equilibrium! This is the 24th and concluding article in this series on health. Let us look back to the steps in the roadmap to health so far and describe the last step here. The last step is to consolidate all the benefits obtained so far and relates to the stability of the health of our body and our mind. In the first article (Message # 5886) disease was described as an absence of equilibrium. True health is perfect equilibrium. We will also describe in this last article how to obtain optimal health while eliminating every disease no matter how serious, how chronic or how deadly, whether it be caused chemically or by iatrogenesis. The body must receive it's chemical nutrients (amino acids, fatty acids, sugars, vitamins, minerals, enzymes) as well it's energy nutrients (light, electromagnetic energies, water in the form of electrolytes and oxygen) to generate energy from those essential chemical nutrients. When all of these are received in adequate quantity the body's only option is to be healthy. However in the absence of any of these essential nutrients, cellular function is jeopardized - THIS is disease. The macrocosm and the microcosm have identical needs and every cell in our bodies requires everything that the body needs as a whole. In the second article (Message # 5940) we discussed the disease process as triggered by the accumulated toxins that we eat, breathe, drink, think and bathe in on a regular basis. Thirteen symptoms, the major one being constant fatigue and lack of vigor, representing a toxic state of the blood, were discussed as the slowing down of cellular function and the way in which different diseases are produced by similar cellular malfunctions was examined. Our third article (Message # 6021) showed how cellular toxicity caused a lack in the bio-availability of essential nutrients. The connection between body and mind was also discussed. The fourth post in this series (Message # 6074) initiated the roadmap to ideal health. Detoxification of cellular toxins through the liver, kidneys and blood cleansing was discussed. Liver herbs, fresh fruit juices and respiration were introduced as cleansing agents for this detox process. Cell vibration or Prana shakti was introduced here as an important part of the life force, converting nutrition to bio- energy and we also mentioned the chelation of heavy metals through panch gavya medicines. Number five (Message # 6173) focused on the liver as the most important organ in the body, the chemical processes in liver being responsible for all energy and dhatu production in the body. Impairment of liver function can easily be detected by vaidyas without the need for any modern testing. The use of fresh fruit and vegetable juices with their fibre intact plus raw living foods such as sprouted seeds or grains were also indicated as foods which would restore even partially a healthy liver function. Liver cleansing is the foundation stone for good health. The sixth and seventh in the series (Messages # 6242, 6308) gave breathing techniques which discussed increasing the lung capacity and making lung function more efficient, increasing blood circulation so that the chance of atherosclerosis or arterial plaques are reduced. Increasing cellular oxygen was also shown to take care of obesity among many other benefits. In the eighth article (Message # 6394) supporting techniques such as Nasya and Neti were discussed. The scientific explanation to show how the various gaseous exchanges increase with breathing techniques and enhance the electric charge of cerebro-spinal fluid governing the health of the central nervous system. Number nine (Message # 6453) dealt with cellular hydration - water being the detoxifier of the body. Water has the power to penetrate the inside of the cell and only this will initiate complete detoxification of the body. Vata describes a condition close to dehydration as dryness is the prominent property of Vata. The vital concept of bio-availability was introduced here being the primary property of panch gavya, homeopathy and the micro medicines of Ayurveda. Ways to increase the bio-availability of water was also discussed. Water is the primary treatment in mental illness. Urine is an ionic electrolyte hence it is used for purification in ayurveda. How much water and what kind of water were some of the questions answered here. Water is a magical substance which can be charged with spiritual or bio-energies and was the subject matter of number ten (Message # 6542). This discussion also brought out the fascinating work of Dr Masru Emoto. The vibrational energy of our thoughts, words, ideas and of music's impact affects the molecular structure of the water that comprises over seventy percent of our bodies. The crystalline pattern of water molecules decides the extent of their bio-availability and their positive charges to the body's cells. This in turn determines the spiritual power of the holy waters. Such water improves the bio- energy or electricity of the body. Inexpensive ways of obtaining health through medicinal water were indicated. Why our cells embrace charged water or alkaline fresh juices is also explained towards the end of this tenth chapter. >From number eleven onwards (Message # 6572) the technical nature of the posts was softened by the editing skills of Jane MacRoss and the posts were a little easier to read as pointed out by some members. The discussion on cellular nutrition as an important milestone in the road to health started here, the body accepting natural God-made substances more easily when compared to its response to synthetic nutrition in the form of pills or processed supplements etc. This conclusion was supported by references to scientific studies. A recipe for boosting the immune system was a diversion in an otherwise rather dry article. The simultaneous synergic combination of eleven different categories of cellular nutrition was shown to be essential for good health. Choosing fresh vegetables and fruits to maintain body fluids within the boundaries of the correct pH was the subject matter of the twelfth article (Message # 6591). The concept of incompatible dietary components and the correct combining of raw juices was shown to be vital to good health. The decreasing value of the contents of our vitamins, minerals and enzymes in natural foods was an area of concern in chapter thirteen (Message # 6608) where taking more raw juices and wheat grass juice instead of the grain itself was recommended. Cellular immunity being a modulation and not manipulation was the theme of this chapter. Various components needed by the immune system as naturally present in living foods such as vegetables, fruits, clays, herbal teas and naturally occurring minerals such as shilajit with Ayurvedic herbs also being mentioned. Chapters fourteen and fifteen (Messages # 6632, 6650) introduced the subject of glycosugars and glycoproteins needed for cellular communication and especially for regulating body routines through the central nervous sytem and associated endocrine glands. These sugars do not add to the glucose in the blood, and can be consumed by diabetics too without much concern! They govern moods, tranquility and fertility etc. These natural fruits and vegetables were indicated to compensate for a nutritional deficiency of glycoproteins. Many are surprised when they note that often used anupanas in ayurveda, such as honey, date crush, black raisins, jaggery, molasses etc., are in reality glycosugars. Many ayurvedic medicines use glycosugar such as guggul amd honey while making medicines. While fad diets such as the low-carbohydrate diets are becoming popular, it is the super-carbs that are restoring health in chronic disease! Serious diseases in teenagers (precocious puberty, hypogonadism) and those in women of child bearing age which arise from hormonal imbalances caused by environmental factors, were discussed in chapter sixteen (Message # 6729). PCOS and breast/ovarian cancer are among the life-threatening conditions for women affecting future generations. Obesity and associated infertility are the worst conditions for most teenage girls in metropolitan areas in India. An ayurvedic herbal approach and panch gavya medicines are indicated here with great success. The discussions so far considered the human body as a collection of cells all with individual nutritional requirements. Cells having electromagnetic energies, receiving and transmitting electrical pulses for communication between themselves and other humans, was the subject matter from chapter seventeen onwards. (Message # 6754) This is the same energy circulating through acupuncture meridians and the chakras in yoga theory. Modern science recognizes this in brain waves recorded through EEG. We receive energy through sunlight, earth's magnetism and the electrical field between the ionosphere and the ground. Various ways were given of increasing this energy input. Chapter eighteen (Message # 6794) looked at walking barefoot, observing the early morning sun, sleeping outdoors with the head towards north or east as health giving practices while deleterious impact was shown to be experienced through electrical equipment such as TV sets and cell phones. The importance of light energy from the sun and moon in conditions such as depression, mental illness, asthma and diabetes was brought out in chapter nineteen (Message # 6890) and even more important, direct energy reception through sunlight was shown to reduce the need for ordinary plant/animal derived nutrition, eliminating chemical poisoning and producing vitamin D and melatonin for strengthening of the immune system. One can even fight cancer and Multiple Sclerosis this way, however overexposure can also cause skin cancers, as excesses of anything is undesirable according to the principles of ayurveda. Color therapy through the colors of nature and articles of everyday use was the subject matter of chapter twenty (Message # 6987). The connection between colors and the energy chakras was also mentioned here. Simplicity and the minimal expense of color therapy make it very useful and practical ways in which the therapy can be used were indicated. In chapters twenty one through twenty three (Messages # 7104, 7217, 7328) the role of cellular bio-energy and its spin in the function of various organs was discussed as a part of the drugless healing approach. Health through harmony with nature was the theme of these chapters. The specific bio-energy (energy per kilogram body weight) of the baby fed just with its mother's milk is much more than that of the elderly eating solid food containing grains, fruits, meat, dairy and eggs! The activity of the baby tells us this! Disease first enters the bio-plasmic energy body before showing its appearance in the physical body. Bio-energy is the same energy that charges water to exhibit regular ordered molecular structure and makes it alkaline. The utilization of energy in grass (especially with dew) and leaves which contain water in healing was mentioned. The rapid action of the fresh juices from herbs and fruits were due to their higher bio-energy content. Ancient secrets of green packs, poultices were also explained here. The secret of ayurvedic pulse diagnosis was linked to bio-energy. Ways to increase bio-energy through deep sleep, meditation, shavasana, fresh fruit/vegetable juices, accepting cosmic energy through crown chakra and breathing prana rich air were all discussed. Certain artificial ways of using alternating electric fields were also touched upon, since many want everything to be served to them ready-to-go. Visiting the hometown and energy rich places on earth was also recommended for the therapeutic effects. Chakras as energy storage centers and their use in storing energy obtained directly through the crown chakra during meditation or breathing techniques, was described in detail to enable readers to learn with individual practice. Techniques of circulating bio-energy in various organs which might need it, were described. Since this author prefers the drugless approach and has both studied and practiced the influence of bio-energy in detail, exposure to these techniques was emphasized. The eleven categories of nutrition described in chapter one have been fully discussed and expanded in the twenty three chapters so far. The last step in the roadmap to ideal health is stabilizing Cellular Emotion and Spirit. There is an emotional component to the cell which is both thinking and speaking. Every cell represents the whole and every cell is a complete unit. Prayer is a link to the nucleic hub of the cell, the Holy Spirit. If we are speaking or even thinking negative factors into our life we are going to draw negative circumstances to us and all cells will be affected by such negative gene expression. If someone is screaming at us or says "I hate you" – it will change the chemistry of the cells. This observation is based on Dr. Masaru Emoto's work. He has actually proven that even the water surrounding the cell is shattered into a chaotic structure resembling broken glass by speaking negatively in hate or anger. Just as when we are speaking with love and of positive and joyful things the water will form a perfect hexagonal snowflake structure. "You are what you eat" is a popular proverb in the alternative field. Similarly, everyone needs to know that what we are thinking or speaking is where we will go and what we will become. We will draw circumstances into our life either negative or positive and the cells will function in a degenerative way or a regenerative way depending on what is said or thought. So if your father is suffering from lung cancer as a result of smoking for more than 30 years, do not say, "because you smoked you are suffering now". He knows it already. On the other hand, if you say that healthy breathing technique now will clear the sludge and cancer will have to leave the body as a result of detoxification, his chances improve. In faith healing also known as "Christian Science", patients who had great faith in the healer, were cured simply by believing that some organism was eating away their cancer, day by day, little by little. How many have successfully used the "I am better and better everyday and in every way"? What they believed the mind carried out religiously due to their faith. Many of these people have not studied beyond high-school. Education and a scientific mindset makes a lot of difference. Sound pollution has been deliberately left out of our discussion so far, however music plays a big part in this emotional/spiritual role. Feeding the mind and spirit with the wrong music all day long can definitely have a negative effect on our health. There are hidden lyrics in modern music that we are simply not aware of and it affects the water both around and inside our cells in a negative and sometimes destructive way which causes cellular degeneration. Eventually it can give us suicidal tendencies because much of this chaotic so-called "music", especially acid rock, rap etc., has subliminal messages as well as satanic lyrics. That is one of the reasons why we are hearing about so many murders now with a myriad of these rock groups and our children listening to this type of music. The possibility that modern music can increase the demand for anti- depressants is something that has yet to be explored. Releasing toxic emotions would be a factor in this category too, similar to what might be called emotional constipation. When we hang on to toxic emotions such as anger, bitterness, resentment, hatred or lack of forgiveness, etc., and fail to release it, our cells are affected in a degenerative or negative way. These toxic emotions can even change the body's pH and cause it to become more acidic. When we feed the body and mind the right nutrition, all the body's 100 trillion cells can regenerate and perform at optimum capacity. The body's built in self-healing system kicks in and the body can then heal itself. Every cell in the body either replaces itself in a regenerative way -- getting stronger -- or it degenerates and moves in a downward spiral into a diseased state. Various steps of Cellular Health impact the subatomic particles inside the nucleus of the cell where the DNA makes up the atom. Subatomic particles form the atomics of the cell. Atoms form molecules and molecular structures such as carbon, oxygen, hydrogen, and nitrogen make up the genetic material of the cell. Cells then make up tissues, tissues make up organs, organs make up the systems, and systems make up the body. The power that runs the cell is subatomic, the unseen spiritual component of the cell. The Holy Spirit has a link to every single one of our hundred trillion cells. The author terms it the nucleic hub, where these subatomic particles reside. That is the spiritual side of man, the link to God, which runs the intelligence of the hundred trillion cells every nanosecond of the day. Once you establish this link, you do not need to come to ayurveda as a seeker of health, but you come as a healer and a distributor of health. Dear reader, your patience through all these lengthy articles is appreciated. Editing assistance from Jane MacRoss is gratefully acknowledged.
