Essential Tremors - Movement Disorder - Is it Kampa Vatha?

Thanks to all of you for your informative and helpful posts.

 

I was diagnosed with Essential Tremors several years back. My hands,

legs, body tremble when I am tense and Inderol helps to some extent.

 

Parkinson's disease was ruled out. Recently, a friend of mine

mentioned that what I have is called kampa vatha and that ayurveda

treats all tremors (both parkinsons & others) the same way. Is this

true? Is there any cure for essential tremors in Ayurveda?
