Guest guest
One of my clients had teeth loose and near falling out and natureally the oral surgeon wanted to scrape and cut and sew and collect the big bucks, to say nothing of the pain my friend was having. She said no to the surgery but did not want to lose her teeth and get dentures. She asked what she could do? He said rinse and gargle with warm epsom salt water three times a day and come back in a month. Thinking she would come back for the surgery, he booked her another appointment. She came back in a month and her mouth was healed and he acted surprised as most people were not as determined to keep their own teeth to follow directions and rinse religously very day with just plain epsom salt water. Another hairdresser friend always brushed with baking soda and salt, she had beautiful white teeth and pretty pink gums. She always drank with a straw to keep the tea from staining her teeth. She walked around often chewing cloves for good breathe, sort of cleans up the bad smells of garlic and onions, as I remember a gum with that name Cloves. Guest guest
Yes Epsom Salts is magnesium sulfate, which I imagine would be wonderful in the mouth. As a bath additive though it is much weaker than magnesium chloride, less absorbable, retaininable and slightly more toxic. Well actually the slightly more toxic mostly comes from the allopathic world who only use magnesium sulfate and chloride injections or IV to save peoples lives during heart attacks and strokes.
