Hi all,

I need this help for my mother, so your kind attention and help is appreciated.

My mother has been having oral problems for a while now and in the last year here incisors on the upper jaw have loosened and fallen off. She's had a root-canal done and a crown made for one of her tooth.

Now, the dentist says she's got heavy bone loss. She has frequent bleeding of the gums, some of the gums are a bit swollen and she experience pain and sensitivity to cold foods.

Now the dentist has done a deep cleaning and my mom had to extract a tooth last week. This week her gums bleeding is still not stopped, apparently there's some good amount of bone loss in her gums and the periodontist wants to pull back the gums and clean from deep under (incision surgery). My mother's very much in pain and terrified of taking this step.

She suffers from hypothyroidism and high-blood pressure to a degree.

In addition to this, the cost of the surgery here would be a very big amount and she's scared of spending this :(

Can she do anything that would help alleviate her pain without going through this surgery? She started recently with rinsing her mouth with Tulsi panchgavya, and also Irimedadi Tail that is available here. We are in the US so whatever we need to do would need to be accessible here or would need help in having some medicines sent over.

Your help in this matter is greatly deeply appreciated.
