i trust and pray that Amma is blessing and protecting all of Her

darling children on this list and everywhere else too!

 

this discussion has been most interesing in my view, allowing all of

us to see just where the ego loves to pop up, demanding that things

should go it's way...getting annoyed when its desires are not met, and

so on...

i know that i had some very good lessons presented to me out of this

ongoing discussion, and i am grateful for the opportunity to grow.

 

we cannot please everyone, but we can try to be loving and kind and

not to be accusing and angry...otherwise we are only helping that

"abyss" spoken of by Amma through Prajna to come ever closer and more

dangerously so. it really gives pause to the mind to contemplate that

our own actions are in part responsible for the state of the world

today, including the slide towards the abyss that Mother has warned us

about over and over.

 

i am hoping that all of us on this list see this, and that we will all

try harder to be loving and kind and prayerful, that we may help our

Mother to slow the Abyss sliding...and hopefully even halt it if

enough people turn themselves around and become more spiritually

inclined, with more prayer and japa and so on, bowing most humbly at

the feet of the SatGuru.

 

on that note, i would like to bow to the feet of Gopinath, who so

kindly uploaded the verses of the Guru Gita to the Amma list!! i have

been looking for that document for a long time, and only today was my

desire fulfilled...even better that it is in romanised sanskrit and

english translation...that will make it easier to try and chant when

the spirit moves me (i cannot read devanagari sanskrit much)...

 

so again THANK YOU so much dear brother Gopinath...for the link to the

photos of the prayer list, and for the Guru Gita upload!!! you are a

real treasure for this list!!! May we all bow to you in gratitude and

love!

 

now i gotta go and do some house painting....
