The bhajan as printed in Bhajanamritam vol. 1 does not include the "om shakti om shakti om shakti om" sequence sung at the end, in the recording I have (from the Lalita Sahasranama CD). It's been some time since I heard the song, so this purely from memory, but I think it's largely (if not fully) right and covers your information-gap Jai Ma!
