Amma & Christ (was: To Iswari: The Real Inmates)

Devotees have experienced seeing Amma as Christ. A devotee even shared her experiences of perceiving Amma as Christ with me last June. Here is my small one. I was very near Amma in front of her, thinking that Amma is Christ. She then looked into my eyes, & to me her eyes appeared so black, so deep, so infinite. I have the impresson that Amma gave me a glimpse into the eyes of Christ's consciousness, & that that must've been what it would have been like to look into Christ's very own eyes.

I have also experienced seeing Amma as Christ. In fact, I was just thinking about this

today. I write for Amma's prison ministry, and recently began writing to a man who is

interested in the teachings of Jesus Christ and wanted to talk more about them. I found it

amazing how easily I was able to write to him and talk on the subjects of Christ and his

teachings. I also have been telling my new friend about Amma, and it is so easy to write

about Christ and Amma...because indeed, I have experienced them to be one. I am really

writing about the same "person". That's how I feel.The Mystic Christ is an excellent book

on this subject.
