It may not be comfortable to invite Amma to be a member of this group? Here's why. If Amma joins this group (I am exclusively referring to the sign-in protocol) PLEASE NOTE (Amma is assuredly welcome anywhere; especially to one of Her Svery own atsangs) My reservation involves the notion that if Amma gets online access some of us may feel inhibited to the extent that the Holy Mother (may?) read their posts (like any "ordinary" member thus having a chilling effect. Freedom of free expression may be adversely affected by the sense that Amma is reading what is posted here. {Please Satsang Y! Resist the urge to remind me that Amma hears, sees, knows our every thought(even before we formulate them)} ... So ... (pant pant) When we invite Ammachi we may want to have her Post through one of the existing members. For example Amma (if she so deigns) could use eg. Bala as Her intermediary to post to us. Please advise. Collect wisdom Y-A-H-0-0 CHILDRENJI'S? Namah Shivaya with Love, Chitanand (GeorgeSon)
Guest guest
I don't see Amma joining Herself to this group, but who ever knows such things. Then there might be other groups that would pop up and request such things. Where would it end? I could see Her communicating on occasion via a proxy, but I would imagine that would have to be a trusted brahmachari(ni). I don't say anything here that I wouldn't say in front of Amma, so I have nothing to hide. If others feel inhibited, there are other groups where they can go and post more freely, like the free speech zone. That's my two paise. Guest guest
I also find it hard to imagine Amma having the spare time to catch up on our group. I think it would be more realistic to have someone ask Amma in person to please convey a message to her satsang, perhaps with specific instructions and/or guidance as to the proper way to conduct such a satsang, and if there are any things that she would like us to do specifically. Maybe someone in Amritapuri could do that seva for us? Also, I don't know if ya'll have noticed, but there is now a Blog at Amritapuri.org. love, Prajna Mahamuni Das <mahamuni (AT) cox (DOT) net> wrote: I don't see Amma joining Herself to this group, but who ever knows such things. Guest guest
My vote would be not to bother her with requests to participate here. She gives us enough in other ways. It would be like asking her to come to the dining hall and have snacks with us after Devi Bhava, when she¹s given so much all night, and all she wants to do is go and rest.
