Guest guest
Om, reflect on what you've been doing the past several days prior to the pain. Such as what activities, sitting, standing, walking, doing home chores, lifting things (even shopping or groceries), etc, were you doing. Its highly likely to be related to Posture. Exposure to chill on the back, shoulders, lower back and joints can also result in pain. Nothing to do with rudraksha. If the pain persists and is intolerably excruciating, its best to see the doctor to have it checked out.
