Dear Marco Ji

Namaskar and thank you for your message..........really you are not

experienceing anything different than many others who are searching

for the Truth in their life.......reasons for why life is what it

seems to be and frustration that it is not up to the standards you

have set for yourself and life in general........some are still

learning and some know more than others.......general rule is that

there is always someone out there who knows more than we do and that

is a gift of humanity to humanity by way of the Almighty.....a

suggestion for an exercise next time you react to life.........and

what it is presenting you with.........is to stop before speaking or

acting and observe yourself.......In traditional Vedic literature

there is the phrase........the

observer..........observeing......that which is being

observed......once you start to feel a reaction to any stimulus

recognize this as a signal to pause for a moment and step back from

the automatic response..........in other words think about what was

said or what was presented and place it in context of the larger

picture of the world......by doing this you become the observer of

yourself........once you become the observer the next step is the

act of actually observeing yourself in the act of observeing the

emotion you may feel and the many possibilities to react to what you

have been exposed to or not to react to what you have been exposed

to............you may simply wish to turn your attention elsewhere

in silence or change the subject or simply walk away

When a person sets standards for how they think the world should

operate they kind of set themselves up for pain and

suffering......once this is learned then a person becomes more

lenient with themselves and others regarding what SHOULD BE or what

SHOULD NOT BE and life becomes easier

many times interpretaton of language and the meanings of words and

sentences also interfers with understanding what is actually takeing

place.........for instance sometimes you might hear someone

say.......emotionally I feel angry...........from this statement

alone one would think that anger is an emotion when in fact anger is

a learned behaviour

Is important to understand that anger is not an uncontrolled emotion

and that it is a learned behaviour that can be changed by becomeing

the observer who is observing that which is being observed.....if

you step back from what you are being confronted with and think

before speaking of acting you will find great control in your life

that you may have not known was there before

hope this helps a little as sometimes we need to go inside to find

answers instead of finding something outside to help with our daily

life

Wishing you and Family the Best

do not verify what I say but I prefer to talk instead of being

silent. It happened I even told a few lies.

can be used for this purpose and in particular for attaining

permanent humility?
