MY EXPERIENCES IN SHORT

Dear Prafullji,

Also giving credence and weightage to certain statements You have made

about incompetent astrologers.I present-

Being born in Marwari family and having access to good money,

I have visited at least 50-80 astrologers for giving me a direction

to my life and actvities, between age of 17 - 44, but

unfortunately I have always been taken for a ride, which means neither

were the astrologers I met able to give me proper directions to the

future nor suggest proper remedies to make my life better. Fortunately

in last one year I have been able to meet two of them very good,

but one I would say was having good intuition powers, and the other one

was a perfect astrologer who is my present Guru under whom I am also

learning some bit. But due to these humbug people I have lost 20 years

of precious years of my productive life.

Definitely people without proper knowledge should not call or venture

into this science and take to professional prediction otherwise it is

a Waterloo or Titanic ship journey to the native who visits or takes

advice from such self made astrologers.

regards/Bhaskar.

Dear Bhaskar ji

Very brave mail. Not many will acknowledge their experience with incompetent astrologers. and irony is that - such jyotishi who are into remedial astrology, seldom accept their failure. If you venture to go back to those astrologers, they will find some other reason for their failed prediction / remedial measure. But native ends up paying price for the reading - firstly to the jyotishi (these commercial astrologers have excellent way to trap people by throwing names, exhibiting measures done..often violating their privacy conduct); and more by following such advise.

Querent must be very careful in choosing astrologer for jyotish advise.

Sir,

I should also mention here-

I was in touch with Shri BV Raman Sahab who politely declined to

read my horoscope even spend money on me...

Shri Santahanam Sahab who granted me a audience for personal query

but when I reached Delhi, I was informed of his untimely demise.

Shri K N Rao Sahab with whom I spend some time (One hour), but

discussion was more on other things than my horoscope.

Probably destiny had not meant for me to have good advice at those

points of time...........

Regards/Bhaskar.

dear friends

it is true that every profession has rotten fruits in their basket

and one shall not be cynical. thousands of companies attracted

public deposits and closed their offices. do you call all

corporates asking public money only to go bankrupt later. several

cooperative banks became bankrupt and customers lost money. do you

call all banks not guaranteed. bad things happen in all professions

in all walks of life and this is a reality.

for example myself visited various nadi astrologers from tamilnadu

named after various sages who read my name, my parents names and

read with 100% accuracy all past and present things but in all those

nadis, 100% future predictions were false and suppose they predicted

100 things, not even one came true. 100 unpredicted things happened

out of which not even one was predicted by them. all these nadi

people have taken rupees ten thousand to rupees twenty thousand etc.

for various poorva janma shapam or dosham pariharams and later i

realised that all this was a hoax.

the reason for my narrating the above is to say that even if the

past and present predictions are 100% accurate, it does not mean

future predictions would be accurate.

without right qualtiies, right character and right moral values, no

astrologer can succeed in giving good predictions.

Dear Shri Kumar ji

I observed, many astrologers make prasna chart to see, if they will like to answer the query. Perhaps, they read if querent must get the answers or not!!

Dear Panditarjun jee,

In nadi astrology with whatever little knowledge i have gathered, it was one of the curse which the bhrigu nadi have received that the predictions about past and present will be 100% accurate and when the predictions are made for future using the same bhrigu nadi predictions will be 100% wrong. So this is why Nadi Astrology havent got the requisite fame. All the ancient texts also are with selected astrologers in south and other places and they are still not in the market for research. Else there would have been lot of things divulging out of this nadi system

Shri Sumitji,

There are books published by modern astrolgers which are translations

of parts (Dialouges) of Nadi, but at least apart from transit of

Jupiter or Saturn principles ,I cannot understand the technique of

predictions for other planets and their effects vis a vis the Nadi

system, which of course does not mean that they are not to the mark,

it may perhaps mean that these are meant to be understood by highly

cultivated and spiritual folks in the line of astrology.

Dear bhaskarji,

I myself havent got acquainted with this system. However, they really stress upon the significator more than anything else. I would love to get the names of the books for my research purpose.

Dear Mr.Bhaskar,

Really you started a very important topic. So i want to share regarding my experciences. We belong to a town of western UP and my elders kept on going to a local astrologer time to time to ask about some problems. In fact before 1985 i do not know about the ABC of astrology learning but i shared some times almost daily with him because he was close to our family and he generally sugessted me to learn astrology but i never took it sincerely. All of a sudden a day i went there with a copy of Capital that was in use these days along with the keen desire of learning.

The name of my Guru ji was Pt.Radhey Shyam Shastri. What was his daily routine? having woke up early in the morning and performing nitya karma and pooja, he started to give advice from 6 am to 4 pm regularly. He did not touch the money. If some one wanted to give him could keep to far before him but he did not look towards such amount and he served the all needy with complete dedication and devotion.Persons of near by states punjab, Haryana in addition to UP came there.

After 4 pm he left home for market for taking things of daily needs as vegetables etc and within the market if some one wanted to ask,he advised him on the road or shop but no one could give him any amount that time.If some one tried to give,he threw away to say my learning is

not a material that i sold in the market.I am advising you because you are in trouble. Will you believe he predicted the date and time of my two son's

birth before my marriage. The birth time was within the limit of two hours and that was exact.

He knew a unique Vidya. He advised to the person to keep some pieces of barley with out counting and taking by thumb and index finger putting them below the cushion[Takia] whole night and having seen these pieces next day he predicted almost 80% about the said person. Really that is amazing. It is my bad luck my most respected Guru ji was passed away in 1996.I met several astrologers in India but i could not find same as he was.Yes i heared about Sh.Karve ji too.

God bless

Dear Shekhar Babu,

Ram Ram

That experience You shared is very enlightening. We dont meet such

exalted personalities daily.

I remember now since You have mentioned, my mother took me to visit

a lady in Bombay, Her name is/was Vidya Ben. She just used to see the

back of the palms and say everything about the native. She was so tru

that I got scared in showing my hands to her. She used to prescribe

homeopathic medicines instead of remedies.-

regards/Bhaskar.

Dear Friends,

I fully endorse your misgivings about so called " Astrologers" and nadi readers .

I must have spent a huge amount of money on the later.

None except my own Grandfather stood correct in their assessment about my chart and there is my Guru who was such a pious Andhra brahmin ,were true.

Less said about nadis, is better.

When I turned pro after retirement, first thing I wrote on my website was that,

If you have no problems or managable problems, no one should seek help of an astrologer."

This is because, astrology must be used as a guiding science but a person should not use it as "Leading science"

It tends to make you use it as a crutch ..

I have a simple thumbrule. Never approach any astrologer who has a board stating "Jyotishacharya etc".And also who put advertises in papers and frequently seek to see their names in papers and on the television. There is always an elemnt of DHANDHADAARI and selfish interests with such people.

(I don't mean to be rude to friends who might have such name boards)

I would like to apologise in advance if I hurt friends unknowingly.
