Dear Group,

How does rahu and ketu who are moving in the normal

direction behave considering the fact that they are

usually vakri.

Do the rules of vakri movement in case of other

planets apply to such a rahu and ketu.

For example I have a native with the following birth

details

23.06.1983

Trichy

1.58 am

Best Regards

Nilesh

Dear Nilesh,

When the Nodes become 'stationary direct' or travel in 'forward

motion' they are said to be very powerful...

Best Wishes,

Mrs. Wendy

Wendyji,

Thanks for your reply.

Hope you are well now.I am concerned about your health

at times.

This native has rahu along with Sun and Mars in the

3rd house of gemini. Also moon is in eight house

(scorpio, Lagna been Aries)

The funniest thing is she has been away working in

Bangalore inspite of the firm having a branch in

Chennai (her actual place of residence), father in

Malaysia and mother working in Chennai.

Needless to say she is the only child 3rd house having

these planets,Mercury the lord of 3rd in the 2nd house

( 12th from 3rd).

Other planets are as follows,

Venus in the 4th house in

Ashlesha

Saturn exalted in Libra but vakri in Swati

Moon and Jupiter in Scorpio in Anuradha

Ketu in Sagitatius.

She is a very talkative girl with mercury in 2nd

house.

I am analysing the horoscope from her marriage

perspective and her parents are worried.

Best Regards

Nilesh

Dear Nilesh,

It's not surprising that she should choose to work away from her

normal place of residence. Note Dasa and PD lords influenced by 12th

lord Jupiter. Dasa lord Mercury owning the house of work occupies 2nd

house of family (aspected by 12th lord)...PD lord Moon, owning 4th,

is conjunct Jupiter in 8th etc...

Saturn in 7th is an indication of delay in regards to marriage.

Best Wishes,

Mrs. Wendy

Nilesh ji and Wendy ji,

Just a few things to what Wendy ji has said...

///It's not surprising that she should choose to work

away from her normal place of residence. Note Dasa and

PD lords influenced by 12th lord Jupiter.///

Guru owns the 9th (long journeys) and the 12th (stay

abroad). Of course, maybe I should look from 3rd house

of short journeys--but since the native is staying

away, maybe the 9th is better(?)

Nilesh ji - how is the native's relationship with

mother? Does she stay away because she wants to avoid

mother? I got this thought because matru karaka and

4th lord Chandra is Neecha in star of malefic 11th

lord. Sani too aspects the 4th in this case.

Guru also owns the 12th, a house of seperation and his

conjunction with Chandra and aspect on the 4th could

have influenced this.

Seen from Makara Lagna - the 10th house of father -

10th lord Sukra in 7th - career and impact abroad,

right? Kuja, lord of the 4th conjunct Rahu might

indicate house abroad, right?

Sorry if I'm wrong--I'm computing the chart in my

mind's eye! :-)

Dear Balaji and Wendyji,

Though I donot know for sure,I donot think that the

native has bad relationship with her mother. It is

only because of work reasons that she is in Bangalore.

Regarding to her father - he was in PSU (BHEL) took

VRS and then went to Malaysia for a job.

Best Regards

Nilesh
