I request You to please write only when Urgent problem is faced by You which needs immediate attention. To say No I cannot reply, which I have been doing uptil now, does not sound good when some one writes to me personally. When so many astrologers are already predicting here on the Forum, theres no need to send any enquiry for ordinary things of life.,and waste others time. If I dont reply You I feel bad, if I reply You my time is spent may be for good purposes, but ultimately snatching familys time which should have been spent working and earning for them. Also none of these people have in any way suggested for reimbursing time spent by payment of cnsulting Fees. Yet I dont mind, but should not they be more thoughtful? Even we have families to look after, and this is not my full time job, as kind Shri Arjunji suggested, I can pay off my karmic debts by helping people on the Forum which is fine. But of course., The members who write to me, should know that I cannot spend full time in doing helping work otherwise I will be collecting the biggest of negative rinabandhans on myself by neglecting parents, wife and , children whom I am supposed to look after., first... Guest guest Posted August 2, 2006 Report Share Posted August 2, 2006 Dear Bhaskar, I also used to remain silent on personal request received mostly from youngsters (both girls and boys) below 25 about their marriage- whether it will be love or arranged- nature of partner etc. They usually ask when they will get a job ? But very few ask about their hidden potential or the field in which they should train themselve for improvement in career or short coming in the personality that is the cause of professional stagnation ! Most people generally prefer the short-cut to development like favourable gemstones etc ! Rather than following the ardous path or hard work, self analysis and improvement or addition to personality ! I usually cast a prasna chart for each of such request- if the 1/7 axis or the 7th lord of the navamsa chart is afflicted- avoid them as non-serious queries. People have to develop their potentials to be truly successful in their vocation and not just go for the quick fix or simply jump into something. That's why I feel it's important that the astrologer make people 'think' and not just dole out predictions like so many seem to do. Even if the astrologer can see clearly what the person is apparently cut out for, it doesn't mean much unless people are willing to develop themselves and find the counterpart within themselves that the astrologer is talking about.
