dear friends

 

in the below pasted chain mail, it is mentioned as if consulting

astrologer is construed wrong, because this mail is in wide

circulation and is conveying such message. on the positive side, i

may mean that consulting astrolgoer by a political leader is

indecisiveness and lack of firmness in his stance or his

susecptibility to change the laws based on astrologer's advice.
