Dear Vivek,

To the best of my knowledge , there is no liquid between the bones in joints . A layer of soft muscle tissues called CARTILEDGE is present between the bones . The cracking sound called haddi chatakana is the sound generated by cartiledge when stretched in a perticular style . The limitation in the joints movement and the oain is due to the hardening of CARTILEDGE muscles due to the deposition of URETES / PHOSPHATES / CALSITES in the cartiledges . Only exercise will not be of much help in this problem . For permanent cure of this problem one has to consume plenty of water ( min. 5 liters per day ) , change life style , reduce weight , start PRANAYAM ( it will clearify Blood , which is real cause of his problem ) and take help of GOOD Ayurvedic doctor for immediate relief . The Lahsun will help very little if the above advised is not followed .

But if the liquid is finished between the joins then a voice appears wheneevr u sit on the floor and get up...

In hindi i can say that Haddi (Bones) chatak chatk ki awaz karti hein...

This problem is coming very general and doctors advice exercise... Ex: Ram dev baba tell to do Betterfly exercise...

IS THERE ANY REMEDY....

AT present I eat lehsun ( I dont know english word)

I had gone to JAmmu and there in the market u get Lehsun which has to be eaten with water every morning till 2 months...

Rest I dont know......

Plz help and tell how to avoid the voice.... and fill the liquid again
