Guest guest
Dear Friend, I am emailing you a complete article that should help self-cure you as many soft-ware engineers have done. Or else visit me personally if possible for more guidance, if there be any problem. But, in any case, you need not suffer at all when such a simple self-cure is available, that too, not requiring any drugs or medicine, not even surgery, although it might have been recommended by orthopedics. Wishing you speedy recovery, S. M. Acharya <smacharya (AT) (DOT) co.uk> --- tmg_e <no_reply> wrote: > > Could you please suggest me, what I need to do > get-rid of my Back pain? Guest guest
Hello Thomas Besides taking any medicine you can do sit-ups by holding something. These sit-ups should be more than 10( it depends upon ur efficiency) Try to bend ur body forward, instead of backward. You must be thinking that how it could be benificial. But it is beneficial. My sister has tried it. She is a Bio-Tech Ph.D Scholar. She was in a miserable condition due to this back ache problem. But after doing sit-ups she is very well now. This was suggested by a well known acharya at Sohna, Haryana (India) You can try this. take care Pooja D.Pharma(Ayurveda) ayurveda, tmg_e <no_reply wrote: > > > Could you please suggest me, what I need to do get-rid of my Back pain? > Any Ayruveda medicine available for the cure?
