However for that the squatting position of Indian style toilets is more convenient. This is derived from the concept of matra basti wherein the quantity of oil used is very less and hence can be taken daily. 50-100 ml would be larger quantity. Ideally you should take 20 ml if you are planning to take it daily. On the higher side you can take upto 40 ml. Also the oil should be luke-warm as opposed to warm.
