best ayurveda medicines

where can you get best ayurved medicines.

1.) himalaya

2.) dabur

3.) pune rasa shala

4.) kottakalam

 

or should you rely on ayurvedacharya to give you home made medicines.

 

my experience with ayurveda is some ayurveda doctors dont tell what

they are giving you. so how do you know if you are not eating sulphur

or mercury or any harmful stuff..

 

I asked my ayurveda doctor about the medicines and he got irritated.

even angry. I still feel this things need to be standardized or

patient needs to be educated atleast about what he is eating.
