Pranan and the central vein

Dear Shiva followers,

I'm new to this list, but I have been reading up on Shiva

for some time now. I have many questions, but would

like to ask the following:

 

On Swami Lakshmanjoo's site he quotes the Siva Sutras.

In the section "third awakening" 3.44. we are informed

that the yogi draws his pranan into the central vein.

By what means is this achieved within your system?
