dasa lord 8th from 10th but exalted......!

Can any body clarify my doubts , my sun dasa going to start from august onwards , i m aries lagna native , my 5th lord (8th from 10th house) which is exalted in lagna and in D10 which is also aries lagna inn 4th house and D9 which is also areis lagna in 4th house again .........!

though the dasa lord is 8th from 10th house but it is exalted in lagna and aspected by benefic jupiter from 5th house and and in all division charts also in friend house ..... can any body clear wht kind of obstruction it shows related to my career .......

DOB: 24th aprl 1980

POB: delhi

TOB: 5:20 am

please clarify doubt ....
