Try using small mala with small beads in: 3 mukh, 5 mukh, small size 8 mukh small size 9 mukh and small size 11 mukh. Please write directly to Mrs Neetaji of Rudra Centre to enquire about small size rudraksh for kids. Usual sizes are too big for a 4 year old boy. She is wonderful and gracious lady who will give you good advice. Your son's mala can be custom-made.
