As Mr.Ashutosh has said,both horoscopes are matched very well having 28 Gunas.It seems Nadi Dosha in first sight but it is getting removed very

well according to shastras.As if Nakshtras are same but Charanas are different.In your case nakshatra Swati is same but your brother was born in it's 3rd charana and the girl was born in 4th charana.So Nadi Dosha has been removed completely.As your brother's Shani Mahadasa will run up to 19-08-2015.Therefore there are good chances to live till that period as well as no harm if both have same birth date.
