Its a devine science and it help u to improve as a human being too. U can lean it at Indian council of Astrological Sciences. They have many centres in Delhi. I am also learning it from Hari Nagar (Near Janak Puri) chapter. They teach this step by step and they will teach only saturday and sunday of every week. if you want i will give u the phone nos. of that place u can talk to the members of the council.
