Guidance needed in making a change.

Dear members,

 

I am currenlty holding a position with a lot of responsibilities and

authority in a bank. I am a technology area manager supporting this

certain business and people tell me that I am doing well. However, I

feel that the business is not doing very well. So although I am

doing well right now, I feel that I should get out of supporting

this business and moving into another business. I am trying hard to

move internally, but it is not working. So I am looking outside of

the bank.

 

Can anyone help me in predicting, if its a favorable time to move or

not. The question is, as per my D10 narayanadasa it is a good time

to move. However, I will soon be entering kantaka sani period which

could cause problems with career or job. What condition takes

precedence ? I feel Saturn does good for me atleast career wise.

Would it be wiser to stick around for couple more years and think of

moving then or would it be better to keep the search going and move

now.

 

Appreciate your guidance and any help here you would provide in

helping me make my decision.
