If your beads contain black dust, they will not have come from Rudra

Centre. You must have gotten them somewhere else or been given

them.

The dust is hard to get rid of but try boiling beads in hot water

for 3 to 6 hours. Genuine rudraksh do not disintegrate when being

boiled. You'll see the water goes black, this means the boiling is

removing black dust. Check regularly to make sure. When ready,

rinse with cold water and examine beads. If all dust is gone, then

let beads dry at room temperature for one week, depending on where

you live and whether its hot or cold climate.

About colors of rudraksh, other revered persons have already given

you good answers.
