Namaskar and thank you for your message........the 3 Mukhi Lord Agni

is the best of the Holy Rudraksha that I have found to reduce anger as

this is a fire of the nervous system that needs to be

calmed.....Sphatik Crystal Mala will also help to cool the

Neurophysiology.........if you ad this to constant mindfullness of the

present moment......then you will find you can short circuit anger by

analyzing the cause when you start to feel angry and take a look at

what is causeing the anger......then once you see what is causeing the

anger you can make a choice to act on the anger or decide to react in

another way or no way at all by saying yes I admit I am angry and now

the anger has no power over me so I will decide how I will treat this

odd emotional state that I do not want anymore in my life......so this

type of thinking and practice is much like the Indian Tradition

of ..........stepping back from the anger ......and allowing the

Observer to ..........OBSERVE..........THAT which is being

observed......by the time you go through all these steps you are

takeing control to calm yourself down so that anger does not raise

blood pressure because you are analyzeing what is happening to you

instead of reacting........this is part of removeing the animal

instincts and 15 Mukhi Lord Pashupati Rudraksha can also help with this

 

In fact that would be a good mala design if you had a 3 Nepal Mala

with a 15 Mukhi center bead
