I got an excellent job in mid-june where i started from July 18 and flew to HK on the same day. Although, it was for a short-time, that was first onsite assignment. After that, i had great time at mumbai office professionally and personally, as i was regarded as a key resource/manager. Then about Sept-Dec wasnt a great time, not much work when i was looking for more. But then from Jan it all started again and i had to travel every week to HK/Singapore. I was continously travelling from Jan-March. During the same phase, Company informed me of a promotion to singapore. Obviously, i accepted the same and moved to SG. But since i moved, after about June end this started to look bad. The project i started off as in Jan and i was supposed to be a managing, wasnt given to me. The reason being now i need to concetrate on local business activities. At the end of day, i lost one important project. Overall it also gives me a feeling that i am not at my peak and loosing something. Makes me frustrated and loose interest in work. Can someone throw some light on the events and whats the reason behind it and when can i expect something good in near future.
