Your assumption seems to be based on the fact that

sani is in Mesha denoting head who is with Ketu.

But he is running 6th dasa which is sadhaka tara dasa.

 

I am of opinion that he can be affected adversly by

Jwara/vrina and stomach problems (below the belt

region can be affected). Problems arising during

travels are also indicated.

 

I have done this reading based in his R1 position

using Rahu centric principles .
