Daylight Savings Time RE: Birth Time Rectification

This is where I am confused. I have an old calender that says that

Daylight Savings Time started on April 8, 1979 (I was born on April

10, 1979). However, www.astro.com automatically programs this date,

and when I put my birthday in to generate a horoscope, it does not

have daylight savings starting until April 29, 1979. This is pretty

confusing, as it changes my whole horoscope.

According to the official practice, in USA the daylight saving is from LAST

SUNDAY in April to Last sunday in OCTOBER. So April 29 1979 as start of DLS is

correct
